Our ServSafe Food Safety Managers training meets the CT Department of Health requirements for food safety licensing.
Registration Options Include:
Full Certification Class: 6 hour review with a National Restaurant Association approved instructor and then administering the 2 hour ServSafe Manager Food Safety exam. Includes ServSafe Manager book, practice test & lunch.
Certification Only: If you only need to take the proctored exam, choose Certification Only on the registration page. Please plan to arrive at 1:30 pm. Please be advised this option is for the EXAM ONLY - no study guide included.

Please note classes will be taught in English unless otherwise indicated.
All registrations must be received one week prior to class date. Please provide a COMPLETE mailing address. Upon receipt of registration, CRA will mail the study guide to the address provided. Your materials should be reviewed prior to the class. The instructor will assume the student has read the textbook and completed the included Diagnostic Test before attending the course. For this reason, NO WALK INS are permitted.
Cancellation Policy: This class is non-refundable, if you need to reschedule for any reason you must do so within 5 days of your scheduled class to be moved to another date. If you do not attend the class without proper notification you will be required to pay the $65 reschedule fee.
