Take ServSafe Manager Course ONLINE! You can take the ServSafe Manager course online starting today. The date you select will be your testing date at our office in Farmington. You will need to contact servsafe@ctrestaurant.org no later than 48 hours in advance to reschedule or there will be a $50 reschedule fee. You MUST bring your own device. The ONLINE COURSE should be completed before your scheduled exam date. The online course typically takes 8-10 hours to complete. There is no instruction on the day of the exam.
Testing will be limited to no more than 5 people until we know we can have more people.
Our ServSafe Food Safety Managers training meets the CT Department of Health requirements for food safey licensing. Every foodservice operation is required by the State of Connecticut to employ both a Certified Protection Manager (formerly QFO) and an Alternate, whose responsibilities not only include food safety, but staff training as well. Certification Only and Retakes: If you don't need to take the online class and only want to take the online exam, looking for the Certification Only option on our calendar. If you need to take a retake, contact servsafe@ctrestaurant.org to save on your registration fee.
All registrations must be received one week prior to class date. Upon receipt of registration CRA will email the course materials to the email address provided. Your online course materials should be reviewed prior to the class. The proctor will assume the student has completed the ONLINE course and completed the emailed Diagnostic Test before attending the course. The proctor will not answer any questions or do any instruction regarding the material.
NO WALK INS are permitted.
Cancellation Policy: This class is non-refundable, if you need to reschedule for any reason you must do so within 48 hours of your scheduled class to be moved to another date. If you do not attend the class without proper notification you will be required to pay the $50 reschedule fee.
